I am a Notary Public, Notary Loan Signing Agent, & a REALTOR in Texas. I cover the DFW area. I am also commissioned through the State of Texas as Remote Online Notary (RON) meaning I can notarize for you via FaceTime or zoom. My clients convenience is always a top priority for me. I can meet at any coffee house. I can also print documents for you and scan to have sent via email or text. As for being a REALTOR, I work with buyers, sellers and investors. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Texas determines notary cost not me. I can charge for traveling to a client or extra if done remotely. Usually to remotely notarize, I only charge $5 extra for one page documents. I’ve been offering it for free due to COVID
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Making sure to have a clear understanding of what is needed by me for the client. By having a detailed consultation first.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am NNA Certified and Commissioned by the State of Texas. Licensed Realtor through the state of Texas I go to trainings, certification course. I stay up to date on everything that has to do with Notary and Real Estate.
