I have used Kontota of Northwest Austin Grooming twice and can't say enough about the excellent service and the gentle and capable staff! Scheduling is easy; the groomers are professional and always punctual; and, most importantly, they know and love animals. My mini Aussie is an older dog and she actually is happy to have her “spa day”. Prices are reasonable and my dog doesn't spend hours in a small cage surrounded by other stressed pets; she is in and out and pampered individually.
