Superior workmanship and quality of craftsmanship. The project was completed in a very timely manner with complete correspondence of work progress fromm start to finish. I was skeptic at first not knowing Joe and his crew of craftsmen but once the project began and especially at completion coming in under budget and seeing the end results I highly recommend PHILLIPS CONSTRUCTION CO. To anyone and will continue to use this company for future projects

Joe is an excellent repair man. On time and very reliable. He has done several jobs for me such as floor tile work. Fencing, decking, as well as a lot for carpentry work to the inside of several of my rent houses.
