Betty and her crew did a wonderful job cleaning our new house before our move in date. They were punctual and the communication was great. They also cleaned a large house in a rather short time so the crew worked very efficiently. She also did some extra cleaning that I specifically asked her like cleaning in between the blinds and inside the windows, and even dusting the fans. I would recommend Betty for any clean up project, and will definitely be booking her again!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to introduce myself, and get to know the customer. For instance, I’ll ask them what they are looking for, is there a preference on cleaning chemicals ect. I like to make them feel comfortable to ask me questions. I work with all my heart and what’s most important for me is that my customers are pleased and satisfied with my work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Since I was young lady, I loved cleaning because I had a large family, and I would always help my mother as she also did housekeeping work. I love cleaning and helping others. So, I took into taking this gift and working. They say you will never work a day in your life, If you love what you do. And I love to clean.
