Stephan, owner at Pro Floors Contractors did ABOVE AND BEYOND fantastic work on my bathroom remodel and air tub installation. He was knowledgeable, responsive and extremely professional. He covered up everything before the ground work to ensure dust didn’t fly everywhere and even cleaned up after the work was done. I was super impressed! He was able to do exactly what I wanted (free standing tub with air jets) and he did it all within the agreed upon timeframe. He even installed a secret door behind the tub for the motor! How cool is that?! In fact, there were some issues that came up (beyond his control) because the home builder had “forgot” to install the mixing valve for hot water so we only had cold water. The valve was under warranty so the builder fixed that but we had to remove the new tub in the process. Stephan was kind enough to return and re-install my bath tub again, without an additional charge to me. If that is not above an beyond, I do not know what is. His tile work is unparalleled and you can tell he knows what he’s doing and takes pride in his work. He put a lot of attention to detail and made sure the tile design was aligned perfectly. This was my first big project hiring a contractor, so I was really nervous going into it because you read horror stories of bad contractors online. After my first conversation with Stephan he put my mind at ease and answered all on my questions and concerns. He is trustworthy and I HIGHLY recommend him. I will continue to hire him for any projects I may have around the house since I know he does great quality work and can be trusted. THANK YOU so much a great job well done!!

    We are contractors not hourly rate company.We stand for quality and care of our costumers. We charge by squarfootage. Laminate 1.50 ad sqft, engineered wood glue down 2.50 Hard wood floor glue down 2.70. Sanding refinishing 3.50 sqft Staining 1.25 sqft

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    We schedule a time for free estimate.We send the bid elictronecly by email or text. If costumer agree they sign the agreement and we schedule time for installation .
