Paul was great to work with, helped me understand the exact process for replacing my windows, what to watch out for in the future to determine when they need to be replaced, and he worked very quickly and efficiently. Veteran windows keeps overhead low allowing us to offer the absolute lowest price to our customers. We do not take deposits on most jobs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A time and date will be set for a on site estimate. Veteran windows will measure then get pricing from our suppliers to ensure the lowest price for our customers. We will beat any written estimate within reason.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have spent 15 plus years in this industry, minus my time in service .
