Had foundation repair work done in 2016 on my house in Shreveport, LA. Workers arrived on the expected day on time and fixed the problem. The work was done well and for a much better price than another company's quote.I called today to ask about the warranty since we are considering selling the home, and Megan was very helpful. She gave me all the info I needed about what the warranty covers and how to transfer it to a new homeowner. She even scanned and emailed the paperwork I needed and sent it within minutes. Very friendly helpful service.

Olshan just completed foundation work at my home to repair a movement that caused a loud noise, chandeliers shaking, a crack above the bathroom door, jammed doors and cracks on the outside brick wall.The expert who came out said that the event was very unusual. The foreman inspected the rafters in the attic above the damaged area. They were fine. As he and his men started to dig the pilings to lift the house, they noticed that my house had a cable lock system in the slab. They determined that one rusted and broke causing the event. I was so impressed with their work. They asked me to come watch as the house was jacked up. Before my eyes, I saw the crack over the door close together so tight that it will not need to be repaired. You can not tell where it was. The doors immediately aligned back in place and the cracks outside disappeared except for one which can be seen if you look hard for it. They cleaned everything up, put the extra dirt in a where I could use it, took good care of my plants and told me that if the holes were to sink from the expected rain, that they would return and make sure to replace more dirt. These people were awesome. I have a Limited Lifetime Warranty which I could not get from my other local bids. Thank you Olshan.

I bought a house that Olshan had done foundation work on 10 years prior. Within a few months after moving in, the house developed some cracks in the bricks and some separation between the brick and wood trim in one corner of the house. The previous owner had given me the original paperwork from the first repair including a transferable lifetime guarantee. I called Olshan and within a few months, they came out and did the needed repairs. No more cracks or separation. I was relieved that they honored their guarantee and very pleased with the repairs they did.

Five stars just doesn't rate this company and it's employees enough! They are fantastic from the first phone call to when they wave goodbye driving off. We have used them for years for all our company's foundation repairs and NEVER been disappointed. Most recently we were lifting a building that we really didn't have much hope of making a difference in. Let's just say we were all jumping up and down with glee at the results Olshan-Longview achieved. This company will save you a lot of frustration so give them a call you won't be disappointed!
