- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide structured dynamic programming with individualized scaling and modifications in an environment where you will be directed by several highly qualified coaches and encouraged by your fellow athletes - Unlimited Classes each month for less than $6.15 per class.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer a free one-on-one assessment where the athlete and coach can "size" each other up to see if there is a good fit. No two coaches are the same. You need to find one that you respect enough to listen to or your success will be severely compromised
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All CrossFit Citadel Coaches are Level 2 or higher and most have an extensive background in specialty training and nutrition.
