- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a flat fee for the labor and then the rest is furniture and accessory rental. I usually charge 2 months up front, but can do 1 if necessary. Currently, I am doing a half price sale on the 2nd month of rentals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will either meet the client at the home or get in via the keybox. I will get an idea of the market the home needs to attract and what it will take. Then I will put together a few packages for the client to choose from and send it to them along with a contract to sign if they choose to. After the contract is signed and the deposit paid, I will select the furniture, art, and accessories for the home and start staging. Start to finish generally takes less than a week. Then it's time for the photo shoot and the listing goes live!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelor of Arts degree in Art History/Interior Design; I am an Accredited Staging Professional and licensed Realtor in the state of TX as well.
