Introduction: Staging your home is one of the most important things you can do before listing. Your home is likely your largest asset and careful consideration should be taken to market it to its fullest potential. At Simpli Fi interiors, we have the knowledge and experience to get it done. With a bachelors degree in Art History/Interior Design, 10 years in the design business, and 8 years as a Realtor, owner Jeanie Puckett understands how to package your property for its target market. We have a large warehouse of furniture and accessories available to rent but will work with pieces the seller has as well. We also offer Interior Design services, such as space planning, renderings, color consultations, fixtures & finish selection, personal shopping and eDesign. If you are moving OR improving, Simpli Fi Interiors has the expertise to showcase your home's full potential, stretch your dollar and simplify the process of selling. I love taking a cold empty house and turning it into a home that buyers can see themselves in! When a client calls shortly after to tell me it's under contract is a close second!

Jeanie did an amazing job staging my house to put it on the market! Very friendly service. Flexible time schedule--stayed until late at night to get it ready for open house the next day. She was able to do a lot for the money. My only wish was that we could have stayed completely within my budget. But the house looks great!

FAQs

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a flat fee for the labor and then the rest is furniture and accessory rental. I usually charge 2 months up front, but can do 1 if necessary. Currently, I am doing a half price sale on the 2nd month of rentals.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will either meet the client at the home or get in via the keybox. I will get an idea of the market the home needs to attract and what it will take. Then I will put together a few packages for the client to choose from and send it to them along with a contract to sign if they choose to. After the contract is signed and the deposit paid, I will select the furniture, art, and accessories for the home and start staging. Start to finish generally takes less than a week. Then it's time for the photo shoot and the listing goes live!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelor of Arts degree in Art History/Interior Design; I am an Accredited Staging Professional and licensed Realtor in the state of TX as well.
