Introduction: I was a real estate broker in Colorado Springs, and the customers came to me. I now live in Texas and am looking for a company that needs a property manager, which would be at their business address. I've been a real estate broker for 22 years in Colorado Springs, CO. I would set up a lender to prequalify a buyer for a price range depending on their income, bills and credit report. I would show them homes of their interest in the areas they would like to live in. If any repairs were needed. I had workers in that field to look at the property and give them a bid on the work to be done. I would set up all of the other trades necessary to complete each transaction. I would be at the closing title company to see the paperwork and make sure all went as it should go. I made sure the buyers were taken care of properly and that all was done correctly.
