Beau is one of the best bartenders I know hands down. His knowledge in mixology is top notch and he has a very professional but inviting personality that just made our time with him so pleasurable. I feel like I need to start searching obscure cocktails to try and stump him the next time we meet (although I’m sure he would know those as well).
