Maid to Perfection

I apologize for the inconvenience to you and your parents. I have not been able to get into my account until today. I left my phone at a department store and it was stolen. I was completely locked out from accessing any of my accounts.. including all business accounts. Again I sincerely apologize.

We already discussed these issues last week when you claimed not one thing was deep cleaned. You are not blocked and are now spreading lies to harm my company. All of this stemmed from not approving of the price before even seeing the services provided. The opinion that nothing was deep cleaned due to the fact the inside cabinet and drawers were not cleaned because there is an extra fee as it does not come in the package and that extra service was never asked to be purchased. A piece of glass unglued in a cabinet which I attempted to repair for 30 minutes. Which in fact was broken and just placed in the slot before I arrived on the job. Because of not wanting to pay the $300 originally charged I gave a discount to meet your wishes due to the fact I did not discuss pricing. The price for the cleaning was never discussed until the day of payment. I also only charged one service fee rather than two due to the fact the air conditioner was not turned on upon arrival because it was thought to be broken and I had to leave and come back because of the extreme heat. I was able to get one unit in the master bedroom working. Instead of 97 degrees the one unit kept it down to the upper 80s and lower 90s. so I was able to complete the services that were requested. At the time the job was scheduled I was told in fact the air conditioner worked and would be on and running the night before. The sink would not drain after cleaning dishes and left one side of the sink cleaned out. This was discussed before leaving the job. The top bunk in the furthest room from the working air conditioner was skipped over on my behalf due to becoming ill scrubbing the floor in the extreme heat. A refund for the bunk was offered but I was not told to do so. Had I not needed the credit card number to issue the refund it would have been done regardless. I just received text yesterday evening demanding a refund because the freezer was not cleaned and the entire place was just smeared with dirty water instead of cleaned. Which is in fact not the truth. I have all documents and pictures proving all of this.
