This vendor deserves 5 STARS!!!!! MHC did a great job on remodeling and replacing flooring to an old mobilehome, replacing kitchen, bathroom, laundry, hallway flooring, fixing a bathtub leak and an rebracing an awning over the mobilehome I have that I am currently renting out. I am currently going through a lawsuit with my renter. And at my attorney’s request, she wanted me to complete the repairs before we go to court. Mitch the owner said no problem. Will get right on it. They took my job as priority and delivered their promise on time in spite of the cold weather snap that came through. MHC completed ahead of schedule. If you are looking for somebody to do a make over on an hold mobilehome, these are the guys! I would use them again! A very happy customer! Nancy Smith

In 2023, we designed a top-notch, detailed outdoor entertainment area. The upscale project consisted of a pergola, fire pit, and imported marble, with elegant materials that were first-class. It was imperative to vet a company that I could trust with a project as detailed as this. After 4 months of meticulous and detailed steps, the project was completed on budget. My client was proud of the result, which showcased his dream.

When you start a project that is larger than expected knowing a competent company to take it on is essential. I found that company in MHC remodeling. Timely manner, fair price for job completion, offering suggestions when needed, excellent work ethics all through my addition. Thank you for having the vision to start a company to help out a do-it-yourselfer when it is more than I want to tackle by myself. Excellent company.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work off pre-set budgets, estimates on time and material. Unlike most companies, MHC Remodeling does not require a down payment.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet with the customer to determine the scope, size and dificulty of the project. We can pull permits, provide drawings and insurance doccumentation. Once a budget is agread upon we set a progress timeline so that we can properly manage project expectations.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have 3 generations of handyman, remodeling, custom home building and design experience.
