Introduction: My work stands out from others who do what I do because not many of them can say they have been there in your shoes or know how it feels to be overweight. I have always been stocky and big my whole life, but I have lost mountains of weight proofing that no matter how big you are you can DO IT!!!! The best thing I like about my job is the success stories that come in the end. During the process, it's hard and a struggle but that light or sign at the end of the road is our common goal. That's the "awww" moment in life!

How did you get started doing this type of work?
I decided to get into professional training after I had a major medical surgery that was basically a wake-up call to my life. I was extremely overweight at 550lbs and the DR said loose the weight or do weight-loss surgery but do it now while you can. I didn't want the surgery so two years later I am still loosing weight and motivating others to do the same.
