I have dealt with more than one foundation company on different houses for family members. I WISH this company had done the jobs we had done before! Too many times, you find out that a foundation repair co. won’t come back to honor the warranty....after they do a “quick, economical job”; a job that you later found was shoddy work. Travis and his team not only do a thorough job, but they won’t quit until it’s done right! It took a few extra days from when they thought they would finish, but this house was in really bad shape and more issues needed addressing after the work was started. The communication, the thoughtfulness, the professionalism and the expertise of this company puts them WAY at the top for me and my family. Don’t hesitate to use Atermath! You get more than you pay for in the way of satisfaction!

FAQs

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We thrive on our ability to offer free structural consultation without the pressure of buying services that may not be needed. Every home or business may not need foundation repair. In fact, it gives us the same pleasure to tell you it doesn’t. We know how important it is to help our customers navigate through the process of diagnosing the problem, identifying the cause, and creating the right repair solution that makes sense for everyone.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

I began my career in the foundation repair industry where I learned how to run a small business by working alongside my father, Mike Bennett. After receiving my bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from Sam Houston State University, I went on to work for a large commercial general contractor. It was during this time period that I learned the value of construction practices, safety, management, and customer relations. I returned to the foundation repair industry after several years of building, to open my own company. I have been involved in almost every aspect of the repair process throughout the years, from field technician, sales, general management, and now ownership. I have completed projects for education, industrial, healthcare, religious, and government clients. I have devoted my career to the simple philosophy of getting the job done by dedicating myself to taking care of the customer and providing them with quality work, no matter how big or small the project may be.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with many different types of customers within the residential and commercial industry.
