After building one pool and owning another we developed custom requirements for our current pool. Jerry took our suggestions and directed us how to implement them into the final product. Jerry builds a limited number of pools. He is the sales person, the designer, the permit person, the scheduler, the site superintendent, and the startup person. Most important he is on site much of the time during actual construction to make sure the project is proceeding properly. Our pool has a lazy river circle, swim jets, huge spa, and (thanks to Jerry's suggestion) multiple water falls. It was completed for a price closer to a cookie cutter pool design than the price other custom pool builders charge. Finally, the progress of the pool construction went much faster than our previous pool build. Our pool turned out great. The only problem is that after my morning exercise I would rather ride the lazy river circle than get out of the pool and go to work.

We view their Survey , call locate company ( to ensure that no utilities are under ground ) gather ideas from client ,create drawings for them to review , make a plan , write a contract , help with financing , summit plans to HOA . when approved set up Dig date , help client choose tile , copping , travertine , decking Material ect...

Yes we are lucky that the Manufactures of pool equipment . Hold class,s locally for us to attend , meet the Reps . learn new energy saving tips ect...
