- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer personalized bookkeeping services, which means we tailor our services to your bookkeeping needs. We are strategic bookkeepers, and we go deep into the numbers to see the story behind them. Don't pay for services you don't need. We offer discounts ask if we can help you with that.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first speak with the client and do a needs analysis to see what services they need. After that, we do a health check on their accounting software. Depending on what we find we recommend either clean-up or catch-up services if needed or monthly bookkeeping. With a kick-off call, we gather all the information and documents needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With over 20 years in accounting, I decided to start my own business. I have a bookkeeping certification and I am a QuickBooks ProAdvisor. We are a family business I work with my daughter as well who has a bachelor's degree in accounting.
