- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is such a wide range of work that we perform and each project usually has its own set of circumstances that come a;long with it. We give a solid quote after once seeing the project and all that it entails.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon meeting a potential customer I feel that it is my responsibility to put the customer at ease. I let them explain to me what they are desiring and try to give pointers if they are new to construction and or remodeling. I want them to understand that I want them to be able to get the quantity and the quality for their money.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Close to 40 years of experience. From concrete to roofing and everything in between.
