The NXTCEF College & Career Planning Pathway is a comprehensive program for students in grades 9–12 designed to help families prepare for what comes after high school without waiting until senior year to figure everything out. Students receive step-by-step guidance in academic and college planning, career exploration, college selection and applications, scholarship searches, FAFSA and financial aid, essay and resume development, interview preparation, goal setting, and workforce readiness. Whether a student is considering a four-year university, community college, trade or technical school, certification program, military service, or entering the workforce, we help them identify the path that best fits their goals and create an actionable plan to get there. Parents are included throughout the process so they understand important deadlines, financial considerations, and the steps their student should be taking each year. Our goal is simple: help students graduate with a plan, not just a diploma.
