The assessments were pretty spot on. Reggie gave specific insight and exploration into what the results meant and the positive impact on our relationship. He also discussed with us the potential challenges that would be important to acknowledge and communicate with one another about to ensure that we were going in the same direction. The most important aspect of training with Eric that I found so beneficial was the fact that he comes to your house and can use any counter top or piece of furniture you have to aid in the workout.
