- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing can differ based on distance traveled and time of day. Depending on the time of day traffic can be heavier which will result in it taking longer to get to the client.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically reply to client within 3 minutes of contacting me. After a price is agreed upon, I travel to whatever address the client needs me to come to. I’m willing to print documents for the client if needed and clients can also email me the documents to take a look at before our appointment. My goal is to make the process easy and effortless for all my clients.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I became a notary in 2019 after needing to have it for my employer at the time. I have been in management and business operations for over 15 years. Then I decided to start a notary business. I really enjoy helping and meeting new people!
