- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on my continuing education, travel fees and state requirements fees. If I have to print any documents there is an additional fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once I know what documents that are required. I get you scheduled as soon as possible. Sometimes i have availability on the same day. If that is available that is something I offer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am NNA certified as well as I have experience in mortgage documents as I worked in the default world for more than 5 years.
