FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers should know that I do not bill by the hour. I meet with clients and package the best deal possible based on the overall client needs. This gives the client a "real" budgetary figure to work with.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, we schedule a time for consultation so I can learn more about your business and your specific needs and wants. This meeting is also a chance for you to get to learn more about me and my business as well. After the initial meeting, I prepare a client proposal based on our meeting. Once the proposal is approved I'll prepare an engagement letter and we go from there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelors degree in Accounting, continuing professional education credits in accounting, tax, and ethics through the CPA Academy. Certificates of expertise in various Accounting softwares and fraud examination. Certified tax preparer with the IRS, Certified Acceptance Agent, certified efile provider, licenses Texas notary, Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor and 20 years of professional and hands on experience.
