I can’t say enough good things about Hilda, Luigi, and the entire crew at Elite Floors DFW!
I spent over a month researching luxury vinyl plank flooring—comparing durability, reviews, colors, and quality—before finally finding the floor I wanted. Then came the frustrating part: getting bids. I shopped several flooring stores and wholesalers and was shocked at how quickly all the miscellaneous charges added up, putting the project well over my budget.
After having a great experience finding an HVAC contractor through Thumbtack, I decided to try the same approach with flooring. My plan was to purchase the flooring myself and hire someone separately for installation. I met with several contractors and finally received a very competitive bid from someone who could actually get my flooring for 60¢ less per square foot than I had found, along with a reasonable installation price.
Hilda with Elite Floors DFW was my last appointment, and I’ll admit—I almost canceled. I was exhausted with the whole process and honestly didn’t think anyone could beat the bid I already had. But Elite Floors DFW had such great reviews that I decided to give them a chance, and I’m so glad I did.
Hilda arrived on time, and from the moment I met her, I had a good feeling about her. She matched the competitive bid I had received and then went a step further by agreeing to reinstall our baseboards, something we had planned to do ourselves to save money. She told me she wanted to see the finished picture, and the baseboards were the frame. That really stuck with me because it showed that she cared about the finished result, not just getting the job.
The crew was fantastic. What was expected to be a 5–6 day installation was completed beautifully in just 3 days. They worked efficiently and professionally, and both Hilda and Luigi communicated with me throughout the entire process, answered questions promptly, and made sure I was completely satisfied.
I highly recommend Elite Floors DFW. They are the real deal—great products, experienced installers, fair pricing, excellent communication, and people who genuinely care about the finished product. After everything I went through trying to get this project done, I’m so thankful I gave Hilda and Elite Floors DFW that last appointment!

We hired Elite Flooring to do the install in our new office. The consult was on time friendly and informative. The installers were awesome, they not inly did the office but finished the hall closet and had the fore thought of to set up for upcoming install in a spare bedroom. They earned all of our flooring business. I will be suggesting Elite Flooring to anyone I know that has a flooring project.

They reached out promptly and I was able to talk to someone in person right away. We had a tight timeline with our floors because we had been trying to do it ourselves unsuccessfully.
