The Millenium Team is fantastic! Moving in to a new home, Chris was able to tell me what I needed to get our media room up and running over the phone. He sent quotes with options in a very timely manner. Once onsite, he had everything working in a matter of hours. Very knowledgeable, great communication and excellent customer service!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Technology changes so rapidly that we are learning constantly. We go to some type of training on a monthly basis.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
We decided to get into Home Theater when we where selling the old 8ft Sattelite dishes. We loved technology and it seem to go hand and hand with what we where already doing.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
My advice would be to never give them a deposit. Only pay for equipment once it is installed. If the company is reputable they will have the funds to finance their own jobs. Too many people trying to get in this business because they know that the customer will finance it all for them.
