What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Monthly pricing starts at $250 for a basic bookkeeping package, but we can taylor other financial services to their particular needs such as budgeting, break-even analysis, financial education and chart of accounts cleanup just to name a few.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will schedule a meeting to determine the customer's financial needs and goals for their business, then we taylor our services to match.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am QuickBooks Online certified like most other bookkeepers, but I have a Finance Degree and have worked in Corporate finance for many years. I also owned my own construction company for 18 years, so I know what it is like to be a business owner and understand the unique struggles that you can only know if you've set in that seat.
