Jackie, I know that it has been just since February of this year that I have been working with you as our bookkeeper on all our problems/issues/clean up with Quick Books and getting our company current (up to date) on all our separate accounts it is wonderful. All your help with changing our system to QBO and the training on the new system, all this at the same time. A lot of work in a short amount time. I'm very happy with your service. I was a bit hesitant going into this because her office is about 45 minutes from me, but I thought it could be worth it and it's not like I have to drive there every month. I'm so glad that I decided to go with her, so easy going and very knowledgeable. I'm glad I finally found a bookkeeper who is open to questions (all 100 of them that I probably asked her) and is willing to explain things easily. She's great! Highly recommended!

A boot-strap start-up can not grow without a few lucky breaks. Thumbtack and Jackie were a pleasant surprise. Among five Thumbtack responses, she immediately distinguished herself by asking all the right questions. Once she assessed the issue, she quickly solved it. Jackie was courteous and attentive throughout the service engagement. In Q1 we plan to hire her to annual service contract.
