FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in straightforward pricing and clear communication. Our $89 service call includes a thorough system investigation and is credited toward same-day repairs. Once we identify the issue, we'll explain what we found and review your repair options before any work begins. No surprises and no pressure—just honest recommendations based on your home's needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by listening to your concerns and asking questions about what you've noticed in your home. From there, we thoroughly investigate the system to identify the issue and any contributing factors. We'll explain what we find in straightforward terms, review your options, and provide clear pricing before work begins. Our goal is to help you make an informed decision without pressure or unnecessary recommendations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Tiffany completed HVAC technician school and has hands-on training in residential heating, cooling, and system performance. She also holds a degree in Biology, with a strong science background that supports her understanding of thermodynamics, heat transfer, airflow, and environmental conditions. She continues to expand her training in system performance and indoor air quality. This combination of technical HVAC education, field experience, and scientific problem-solving shapes how we investigate the entire system—not just the obvious symptom.
