- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process differs when we are working with a referral prospective client versus a new prospect we receive information from over the Internet. Someone that is referred to us by another client will typically allow us to meet with them to compile information and provide an accurate quotation for service. Those that are shopping the Internet usually expect a quote before we have all the information we need, and we do accomodate them. But we would prefer that they meet with us so that we can provide a more accurate quote for services. Also those that are shopping the Internet may not realize that our rates are negotiable in some circumstances. Our goal is to at the very least speak to you by phone so we can be more accurate in our quotation. During the phone or in person meeting we will not only obtain information which helps us do our job better but we can offer ways to help our clients save money or help them get more for their money.
