Hi Carri Thank you for bringing this concern to our attention! We would have been happy to remove the staining from Boomer, but felt it would make the hair cut look odd if we cut it out. We like to play it safe with first grooms and do what we think will look the cutest, unless we have specific concerns from our pet parent. Unfortunately the only way you can remove staining is to cut the stained hair or bleach it as they sometimes do in the show world. We don't feel safe using bleach on a dog. We would be happy to come back out to cut the stained hair, free of charge as our client's happiness means a lot to us. :) We text you and also messaged you here on thumbtack.
