Updated Review - December 10, 2025: Updating prior review as Google won't give me option to ADD new one.Recently purchased a portable whole-house generator to have as stand-by in the event of an extended power outage. Therefore, I needed to have my electrical panel upgraded with a new main breaker, a generator interlock kit, and had the existing whole home surge protector upgraded.Once again, Ryan and Zac were extremely helpful and Zac came by about a week ago to review everything and provide me with a written estimate. Today, Zac returned to complete the work and completed everything within a couple of hours without any interruption except for about a 10 minute planned outage. Everything was completed to my satisfaction and Zac took the time to explain how everything works very clearly. I'm happy that I'm now prepared for any future power outages and confident with how to setup and use my generator if/whenever needed.Thanks again to Ryan and his team for another great job completed! 5 STARSPrevious Review:I had a lightening strike on/near my property that caused a power surge which burned out 2 GFCI surge protector outlets as well as some lights and electronics. Ryan and Woody both came to my home and not only replaced what needed replacing, but also let me know that my electrical panel has a built-in surge protector and that I should contact the manufacturer concerning my loss as they should cover everything under it's warranty. I've since contacted them and have a claim pending. Thank you to these guys for not only getting me back online, but also their amazing professionalism and outstanding service. So glad to know we have such and amazing LOCAL company as I'll be using them again for future needs!! 5 STARS
