The owner, Alan, came to our house to measure and provide an estimate. He was punctual, professional, and kind. He was very patient and answered all our questions. We were concerned about the amount of dust from tile demo, but Alan explained to us their process of dustless tile demo and offered to have extra cover in some areas so the dust would be minimal to none. He sent us an itemized estimate within the same day. We really appreciate his expertise and patience. Will certainly recommend this company to friends and family for their future projects.

Alan Bodon from Footprints Floors of McKinney was quick to respond, made appt for making an estimate and then provided a detailed written estimate by email that night.
We hit a snag early in the project and had to change materials due to a flaw that would not be acceptable in our application of tile to cove fireplace. This was not Footprints’ flaw but the manufacturer’s. We had supplied the tiles and dealt with the store ourselves. We changed to slate and during that change, Footprints was on hold. Once we had everything delivered to the house, we recontacted Alan, who again responded promptly. He rebooked the job, workers showed up and did an excellent job.
Our project was long only due to the flaw in material. Otherwise it was very promptly done and workmanship was excellent. I would highly recommend Footprints Floors and Alan Boden.
