- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a Free Assessment from a Consultant who will make a customized solution for your home to ensure the customer gets the most value. For this reason, WE DO NOT PRICE OVER THE PHONE. We do offer Discounts for Military/1st Responders, Seniors, Referrals, or a Whole Home Discount. These discounts will be shared with you by the Consultant.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically get some information from the Customer when they call us. Based on the information, we then try to schedule an Assessment at the Customer's home to better understand the customer's issue and what they want to solve for. We then inspect the house to understand where we're starting from and present a solution to the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We get training from Federal agencies such as OSHA and the EPA. Our Installers also get trained at a facility in Cleveland, OH where the insulation foam is manufactured. There they get put through the ringer to where their certification process ends with them insulating model homes on the facility's campus. Its important that your home is absolutely not the first one that has been done by our Installers.
