- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price by the Job and offer discounts for each quarter. We have found over the years that we are very competitive.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a meeting at the home or business, start looking over a design and or concept. We work very closely with the customer in the planning and design stage. We set a pricing based on the scope of the project. We insure that we set and meet expectations to include time frame, clean job site and communicate often with the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a college degree and we have been in the construction business since 2007. Our experience has been the best training.
