Randy Rial is the owner of Cornerstone Solutions LLC. His mission is to meet the needs of small-business owners and individuals/families by providing bookkeeping and tax services to help those owners who cannot afford a full-time bookkeeper and would rather focus on their core business. Description Randy Rial is a graduate of Baylor University with a BBA in Accounting and has over 30 years of experience working for CPA firms and Fortune 500 companies as well as with small businesses. Randy has served in roles of controller as well as consultant. Services provided are the following: - Business and Individual Tax Returns - Handle IRS Notices - Establish and maintain accounting system in QuickBooks - Create monthly financials, explain results, and provide recommendations - Perform functions, such as accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll - Process sales tax as well as other IRS and governmental-required reporting - Develop budget and cash flow plans - Year-end tax planning - Provide consulting on any special project work as needed - Provide additional resources such as personal financial planning and corp benefits
