Jeannine is such a committed professional and her delightful personality shines right through! I selected Jeannine from a group of pros to help me with my current tax filing and a past year’s filing that I suspected was done thru a scam “company” since i hadn’t heard or seen anything from them. Her over 100 5-star ratings made my decision easy! Not only did she patiently walk me thru the IRS website to find and verify my past year’s return and status, but she also provided information and guidance on contacting the IRS and what to ask. After clearing up all of that, I didn’t really need help filing my current taxes because it’s pretty much an E-Z form . However, I really felt like i needed to pay her for the awesome help she provided, but she didn’t charge me. And she didn’t pressure me to hire her knowing that my main issue was resolved.
