- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
After preparing 10,000 tax returns, we know that everyone's tax situation is different. Our pricing depends on a few different factors mainly how complex is your situation and how much time it will take to complete your return.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are on a mission at JRG Taxes to take the fear out of taxes. We will take the time to analyze your unique tax situation and optimize your tax return for the best possible result.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the tax industry for the past seven years. During my previous 7 years, I have ranked in the top 10% of all tax preparers based on number of tax returns filed. Overall I have filed about 10,000 tax returns for over a thousand clients. I have a Master's in Taxation and am fully registered with the IRS to handle your tax situation.
