- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers should know that my pricing is transparent and based on the scope and complexity of the work. I offer both fixed-rate packages and hourly options depending on the project, and I always provide estimates upfront so there are no surprises. For ongoing clients or bundled services, I may offer discounted rates, and I never charge hidden fees everything is clearly outlined from the start.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with a new customer begins with an initial consultation to understand their needs, current challenges, and goals. From there, I review their existing financial systems, processes, and documentation to assess what’s working and what may need improvement. I then outline a tailored plan whether it’s cleanup work, ongoing support, or a specific project along with timelines and expectations. Once we agree on the approach, I begin implementing the plan while maintaining clear communication, regular updates, and ongoing collaboration to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a CPA license, an MBA and have over 15 years of experience in public accounting, corporate finance, and consulting. My background includes extensive training in financial reporting, tax preparation, technical accounting, auditing, and process optimization. I’ve also completed additional professional development in project management and HR systems, which helps me support clients with both financial and operational needs.
