Home Theater System Installation or Replacement

Brian’s colleague did an excellent job installing 4 Sonos Amp’s for 8 in-ceiling speakers, $200 for installation. Not a straightforward job, since it the system had a mix of old analog in-wall controllers and upgrade wiring, so It was a bit of a puzzle. Other job was connecting an aerial antenna to the coax cabling so that we can watch over-the-air channels on our TV (we don’t buy cable TV), this again requires some creative investigation how the cabling was done and remove some tricks implemented by Spectrum to avoid cord cutters like us to watch taxpayer provided free TV. Excellent job, quick, fair quote, perfect execution.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    I offer competitive pricing. I can often times beat most big box stores or price match.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    A new customer project always begins with a phone consultation. From the consultation, we can decide if I will need to visit the site in order to perform a site survey before starting work. A detailed estimate follows the consultation or site survey. Upon approval of the estimate, scheduling of the job will be agreed upon and we will get to work. A final invoice will follow upon job completion.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I feel as though I am a teacher at heart and love this side of my job. Technology can be confusing to some but I am able to patiently and expertly train my customers how to effectively use their new systems.
