We have a dispute with landlord with their unwillingness to relist the apartment on time we early terminated, but was unsure of how much we are protected with our rights legally. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I usually offer a flat fee for my services, so the client will not have to worry about being billed for speaking with me or texting as most other attorneys do.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will speak with the client to see what their goals are and what concerns they have regarding their elderly relatives and or their estate plans. I ask them to fill out a few short questionnaires and once done I can begin the project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a law degree from the University of Tulsa College of Law and an advanced law degree (LLM) in Elder Law (Honors) from Stetson University College of Law. I am also licensed to practice law in the state of Texas.
