- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically work with a customer's records remotely online. In fact, after the initial consultation, which is done over the phone, the entire process can be handled remotely.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my Bachelor's in Accounting, an MBA and my CPA license. I also have more than 20 years of experience in accounting. I'm tech savvy and familiar with many different accounting software programs.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Most recently, I've worked with companies in the staffing, health and wellness, and public speaking, and restaurant industries.
