They put a 60 foot French drain , graded the area and installed 720 sq feet of sod. At this point I'm ver happy with the work. Just waiting for the first big storm to see if it works.

Initially, it looks great!! They knocked out the entire job (drainage, level, and laid new grass) in one day. I will post again in a couple weeks when I see how everything holds up to the Texas weather.
