Raymond and his team was prompt and thorough handling in handling my need. I am very pleased with the work completed. I am even more pleased with how quickly Ray was able to schedule me in. The fact that he actually coordinated with his team before confirming an appointment time that met my (very) time restricted schedule won major points with me. They were on time, completed the work in time, and communicated every step of the way. David was excellent and was very informative in terms of educating me about the hardware types we had, how they work, and what to be mindful of.
Definitely the best customer service I'd experienced within this industry all week!
