I have exposure to 10 years of the title business, and for the previous 5 years, I perform approximately 20 notary services a month for: refinances, loan modifications, structured settlements, reverse mortgages, powers of attorney, wills, and other notary needs.
I perform notary services for notary organizations and title companies. I have been background checked. I am a member of NNA, ANA , Notary Rotary, Notary Cafe, and more. I am covered with $100,000 E&O insurance. Also, I am bonded and commissioned in the State of Texas. With sufficient notification, I am available 7 days a week. I would be pleased to perform services for you.
