Introduction: I work as a registered dietitian/nutritionist, licensed in a private practice. My office is located in north Mesquite, conveniently located right off of LBJ/635 and I-30 inside a salon and spa. I work with clients primarily in the area of eating disorders and weight management but also work with clients needing therapeutic diets. I don't use set "diets" but work with clients on an individual basis to support change towards a healthy relationship with food and improved overall health.
