FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
On a basic routine check yes I do, but most of the irrigation components are located in the ground and we can not see what's going on till it is dug up. It's like taking your car for a diagnostic test, when you have a check engine light on. We can't pin point what's going on till we basically dig it up, or trouble shoot a controller and it's components.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Well the first process is to meet the customer and to make a great first impression. I want to help them understand how their irrigation system works. I want them to feel comfortable and assured when I leave their home that everything I provided will be in tip top shape. Helping my customer understand is a must to me.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 12+ years in the landscape field, I hold 3 Licenses Tcnp, Texas Certified Nursery Proffessional , Clp Certified Landscape Proffesional and a Licensed Irrigator.
