I am a new homeowner who has been winterizing my house but completely overlooked the sprinkler system. I submitted my request to winterize my sprinklers at 9:00am by 9:03am I had an appointment for 10am!! Yeah, that fast! Lone Star showed up on time and promptly started the work. I watch them go through each of my 14 zones and blow out the sitting water. They responded quickly, showed up on time, promptly started the work and slowly went through each zone all at what I felt was an extremely reasonable price, considering the situation. I felt like someone was going to price gouge me, but they did not! Thank you for the peace of mind I now have with the incoming winter storm.

They came out immediately upon my request for an estimate. Then, when I asked for a start date. They said Now! Perfect response. G they located more issues than we realized, and repaired them for minimal costs. They ran into an issue & repaired it & offered a discount for our trouble. Definitely would use them again.

I was only able to pick three tags but Erick deserves all five. They were very punctual, professional, responsive, had great value and great quality. Having an unexpected irrigation issue is never fun but they identified and completed the job very quickly and everything has been great.
