They need to have a scale when adding freon to a unit, the guy said he put 6 pounds worth of freon and after me calling someone else he said and showed me that the max limit is 4 1/2 pounds. Had to call a different provider cause I lost freon again, so that means he never told that I had a leak. Come to find out I should have never lost Freon unless it has a leak, therefore he failed to tell me about a leak. The 2nd provider had a scale and only put 2 pounds and added something to stops leaks. Thank God that it is working fine now.

This company is amazing. I called them on a Saturday for emergency repairs on my parent's refrigerator. They sent out a tech, Olu, the same day, one hour after I had called to work on it. He was thankfully able to get the refrigerator repaired for a very reasonable cost. He not only saved the groceries in the refrigerator but he saved my parents from having to purchase a new one. Olu was very polite and patient. He clearly explained all the things that were broken and what needed to be done to fix them. He even cleaned up afterwards. We were very satisfied with the quality of the work. I sincerely hope that we will never have a need again for their services but if we do I will not hesitate to give them a call. And I will recommend them to all my friends and family members.

This company does *NOT* give FREE QUOTES!! Despite what their message says, a guy will show up and then tell you he “cannot leave the home until his service call is paid” even after confirming with you that he gives free quotes with no service call fee. He made my tenant feel very uncomfortable after telling her multiple times he won’t leave until I paid his service fee. See our text message exchange in the photo. Also, *VERY IMPORTANT* he tried to sell me 8 pounds of coolant for a unit that only holds 5 pounds!!! And lastly, read all his reviews. CLOSELY. Make your own opinion on which are real and which are fake.

This company in Midland is as able to come out the same day that we called & had our part on hand. The Shanes greatly appreciate their efforts in fixing our LG refrigerator.
