- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every system we install is designed especially for that specific customer. We always have a foundation to build upon, but no one person is the same and that is the kind of service you can expect from Hi-Tech Solutions. We will view your project as unique, therefore it isn't easy to create a menu of prices.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every person that deals with security in the State of Texas must be licensed by the State of Texas which includes extensive background checks and knowledge testing. As well as to maintain good standing with the state, minimum requirements of continuing education is required.
