- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At Lone Star Stamped Notary LLC, our process is designed to be simple, efficient, and stress-free: Initial Contact – Clients can reach out via phone, email, or online booking to select the service they need. Booking & Payment – For notary services, clients book their appointment and make full payment upfront to secure their time slot. For wedding services, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at booking, with the balance due on the day of the ceremony. Confirmation – Once payment is received, you'll get a confirmation email or text with details on your appointment or consultation. Service Day – I arrive on time, prepared with everything needed to complete your notary or ceremony services professionally. Follow-Up – I’m always available for post-service questions
